Our People
Amy Shaw

Amy Shaw graduated in 2012 with a BA (Hons) in Fashion. After graduating she moved to London to get work within the Fashion Industry, she now works as a Talent Development Partner in the iconic global clothing and accessories company AllSaints.

"As a Talent Development Partner my role is incredibly varied, I collaborate with many departments in the business for all things talent related. I run our companies LinkedIn profile and careers platform through employer branding and creative writing to share our culture and attract talent. I create talent pipelines by partnering with external companies and universities such as The British Fashion Council and London College of Fashion, these collaborations vary from course projects to guest speaking at events. I create and lead our graduate programme. A huge aspect of my role is developing our internal talent which I do by analysing what positions we have, the skills we need and celebrating current successes through our social media platform and our Talent Tuesday series on LinkedIn.

I enjoy every aspect of my job because I am given the freedom to explore many avenues and to structure my own work load. I love representing AllSaints as the brand has taught me so much in such a short space of time with so far a new opportunity each year.

Studying at Plymouth College of Art is an experience like no other as it's focus is design and creativity. The course teaches students essential technical skills to start working in the fashion industry. What I most loved is the dedication and effort of the College to create such an incredible end of year show. It was a fantastic way to celebrate our years work!"
